Shipping:
If I place an order today, how long will it take to ship?
Most orders are shipped in the next 2 business day if the item(s) is in stock.
Does Binocktails.com offer express/overnight courier service?
We offer express/overnight shipping but the cost is very high. If you are interested in an upgraded shipping service, please contact us through the “Contact us” page. Be sure to include your telephone number, what product(s) you would like shipped, the destination and time frame required. A representative will call you back shortly with a quote.
Where does Binocktails.com ship to?
We ship to almost any country in the worldwide.
How is my order shipped? Can I track it?
All orders are shipped Airmail via The Hong Kong Post. This service does not have a tracking system.
Did my order ship yet?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. We send a confirmation e-mail once your flasks have been shipped letting you know your order is on it’s way. We send the email to the address you used in the shopping cart when placing your order. Please note that Hotmail accounts sometimes bouncing our emails (along with earthlink and aol accounts, occasionally). If you want to be sure to get your email confirmation, be sure add info@binocktails.com to your address book.

Can I put hot beverages in my flasks?
We advise you not to put any liquid that is too hot into any of our flasks. The heat can weaken the flask and cause it to leak.
Can I freeze the plastic flasks?
Do not freeze any of our products. When the liquid expands it could crack the flask and cause it to leak.
My Bev-Cam / Bev-Burry leaks?
Many times when you over fill the Bev-Cam/Bev-Burry it will appear to leak. If you over fill them it liquid goes in between the internal bladder and the case. After closing the flask and turn it up side down that liquid will come out and one thinks the flask is leaking. To test this, empty your flask completely, carefully fill it half way (not spilling any liquid between the bladder and case), close it and the shake it to see if it leaks. Most of the time over filling has been the problem.
Will I be notified if an item is on backorder?
If for any reason we are our of stock of a particular item, we will send you an email advise the the product is on backorder and an expected shipping date.
