Shipping Policy:
Normally, we ship orders Airmail via the Hong Kong Post within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of your order, unless there is a problem with your payment. In that case, we will contact you to arrange for alternate means of payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please allow approximately10-15 business days for delivery. Shipping your package is our top priority. We strive to ship your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges are calculated by our website software based on the weight and destination of your order. You will have a chance to review your shipping charges before finalizing your order. Express shipping is available on request. Please email info@binocktails.com for a quotation.
Be advised that you are responsible for importing the merchandise into your country. Some countries charge additional fees, such as customs and independent carrier fees, on international parcels. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to determine what fees you can expect to incur.
Additionally, please note that refused packages are usually destroyed and not shipped back to Binocktails. No refunds will be given for refused packages. We are also not responsible for any delays due to misaddressed or mishandled boxes by you or the shipping provider.
If you return any item(s), shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE.
